A4VG series
Closed circuit swash-plate variable pump with charge pump and high pressure relief valve built in. Travel drive pump for rigs, rollers and loaders, swivel angle set by HD, EP or DA control.
Features
- Swash-plate axial piston variable pump for hydrostatic drives in closed circuits
- Flow is proportional to drive speed and displacement, and is infinitely variable
- Output flow increases from zero to maximum as the swash-plate angle changes
- Sweeping the swash plate through centre reverses the flow direction smoothly
- A wide range of compatible control devices provides various control and adjustment functions
- Two relief valves on each high-pressure side prevent overload of the hydrostatic drive (pump and motor)
- The relief valves also function as charge valves
- Integrated charge pump serves as supply and control pump
- Maximum charge pressure is limited by the integrated charge relief valve
- Integrated pressure cut-off valve is standard
