CFA bit for rock
Lead auger bit with a toothed cutting head for drilling CFA piles into rock.

Overview
The bit is the bottom section of a continuous flight auger string. A lead flight carries a stepped head set with cutting teeth that break rock at the face, and the auger flight lifts the cuttings up the string.
It goes at the bottom of a CFA rod string. Our flanged, hex-joint and DTH-hammer CFA rods are listed in the catalogue from Φ300 to Φ1000 (auger diameter 280–980 mm). The catalogue has no separate size table for the bit, so we quote it to match your rod.
